4mb Uncapped: Which ISP is the best choice?

Yes I know the answer is on this forum but it is all over the place so I felt I needed to ask this question and hopefully i get some good responses to help me decide which one to go for by the end of the month.

In terms of my usage, well it is simple, I consider myself to be fairly active with downloads. At least 70 gig for the month. I do not want the account for anything else tbh. So please tell me who you think the best option is for me to go with

If you plan to use less than 100GB's per month, then Afrihost. ( As it's less shaped during the day )

Otherwise Mweb is probably your best bet.
