Hi guys
How is it that virtually everyone I've spoken to and virtually everyone on here has their line upgraded the same day, if not instantly, yet I've been waiting 4 business days now? When I placed the order telephonically, I was told that my area has 4mb and that she will put the order through immediately.
Since then, I've made multiple calls to Telkom and they keep telling me the same two things... "a technician has not been assigned" and "these things take time".
So I'm wondering is there something that the technician has to do here at the exchange? I live in a small town, does that have anything to do with it? Just need to get my facts straight before I kick up a moerse fuss with them!
