4mbps Shaped vs 2mbps Unshaped

I am currently looking at getting ADSL (currently on the 8ta promo5)


I download quite a lot and game online which would be better for me ...


4mbps Uncapped, Shaped

or

2mbps Uncapped, Unshaped



How much speed difference is there being shaped and unshaped ? ... Who would be the best ISP (a ton of people are saying Afrihost)


All information would be greatly appreciated.
