4meg users + international torrents

So I was trying this out and the fastest I've seen my line do is around 220kB/s. Has anyone got full line speed or over 400kB/s?

I think the highest I've got is around 380KB/s, for torrents anyway.

Always max at around 450KB/s.

My max I have noticed was 420kB/s (averaged) downloading local.
Suprisingly I get 320-380kB/s from news.sky.com......some other international site do not fare as well!

@Milomax....er nah, on torrents I maxed at 190Kb/s although I must say I dont do a lot of torrents.
