I used them before but can't really remember if it's normal post office or BUFFALO?

Actually SAPO this year is a 2 weeks wait for ali express orders...the problem is with the super super high customs fee at 30% and even 50% .

Agreed but for parcels with tracking numbers like HA xxx xxx xxx ZA not for those using this type of tracking numbers UT xxx xxx xxx TW

I wonder if it'll affect the custom fees,I actually prefer waiting longer over paying high fees.
