5 December and no usage reflected

I monitor my usage daily (to avoid capping out early). Well I have a headstart so far this month - my usage stats reflect no usage (shhhhhhhhh - dont tell Telkom)

Obviously they haven't picked it up.
The new month only started this week and everyone knows that Telkom sleep from Monday to Friday.
Check on Saturday night they should be fully rested by then.

I had the same thing aswell! I sure as nuts am not going to say a word about it to anyone! Every byte I can squeeze out of Telkom I am going to!

Methinks the postees to this thread have presupposed that Telkom don't read this forum - despite evidence to the contrary, I bet they do, even if it's only the low-level techies who don't have the authority to make decisions. They've probably picked up your details already so you get capped, even if only to ingratiate themselves with their bosses...
