5 Firefox add-ons to boost your browser

Aah so you're the bugger that told them to ban me!!!Caught ya, I'll be back!

:p

Not a chance. You have me confused with someone else

Besides I am not that fanatical about Firefox that I'd stoop to such levels. It is the best browser I've used (and I've used Opera too), but not worth me getting my knickers in a knot over ;) :D

You make a bad fanboy lol last time i checked fanboys were not supposed say things like that.Better start practicing in the mirror:

:MINE IS THE BEST AND YOURS IS CRAP!" Now rinse and repeat several thousand times.....thats phase 1. ;)

My basics:
Ad Block Plus - faster and cleaner.
Flashgot - pass on all downloads to download manager, plus download youtube videos by one click.

Here's another one: Google Chrome :p

No chance, dude/dudet, as the case may be.

Add to this: adblock plus, ghostery, DoNoTrackPlus, Remove Google Tracking, Noscript

Adblock Plus & Ghostery are wonderful. Amazing to see all the sites following my every move across the net.

Chrome is rubbish. When they can fix multiple background tabs loading at the same time without lagging then maybe I'll give it another look :)

My Essential 5:
Adblock Plus
Noscript
Flash Video Downloader
Tab Mix Plus
Save Images (lol @ Chrome users who will never have this).

1. Tab Mix Plus is great. Never leave home without it :)
2. The lag on Chrome on system resources is crazy. Just don't understand how something that is supposed to be lightning quick creates so much background "noise".

Oh be gone, will you!

/swats the falcon from the sky seven hundred and eighty six times
/gives falcon several doses of wake up mooty

I have to use at least 3 different browsers at work because of servers, apps, addons and some sites load up certain documents that others do not. FF is always going to be my preferred browser, but I use Chrome and IE8 for other things which are adapted by the sites and documents I need to access.

/moves along

:D

The only add-ons I bother with are Adblock Plus, Ghostery, Flagfox, Flashgot and Right to Click. I add more search options like YouTube, kat.ph, Wolfram Alpha etc. and choose a nice persona. Nothing more needed imo - the perfect browsing experience.
