This is after miraculously getting the 450GB on one of the sims
 
Hey I'm on the Telkom More tariff how do I gain access to the 450gb night owl offer I've bought (&used) like 50gb of mo nice bundles in the last month and really want in on this exciting deal.

Do I have to change my usage habits or anything?

Good luck.. been trying to get this on al3 my sims... Nothing ...
 
I moved on to the RAIN deal, better value than night owl data (that one hustles to get anyway) for a little bit more

Hit and miss.
 
It's such a mission to get it now compared to before, no longer worth the effort in my opinion. I jumped onto the Rain wagon and no issues so far.
 
Yeah these fly by nights don't really do it. Wish the networks will just give us decent deals instead of just temporarily luring customers in.
 
Weird that people are having a problem getting the 450gb thing. I can get it always at anytime hmmm. But I guess it's because I used to get the 500gb one all the time when that was still a thing. Perhaps try migrating your package to the smartbroadband one. Could fix it / increase your chances of getting the offer :)

I was on the smartbroadband one, I used to get the 500gb religiously every month. I've never seen the 450gb, to the extend I've stopped looking now. wrote it off as a marketing gimmick and discovered rain

This is where I get it from after it not being available on *180# . Hope this helps :)
 
Also used the 500GB about 3 months or so. Had the 450GB for 2 months. Then boom! Gone. Till this very day. Tried different sim cards as well.

It's a random thing. It's a way to get people to market them without actually having a real product that affects them.
 
Saw this thread bumped and I thought it was back.

Fvck!! Are we ever going to get something like this again? Having to download in SD is brutal.

I wish they'd just stop all these baiting tactics and have decent products anyone can get. R10/GB and I'll even pay R100 for 100GB of night data. For some reason nobody seems interested in this market though.

It's a shame really. I think anyone would pay R100 for 100gb night surfer.

I'm still getting the 450gb deal every time but today I have taken the 10gb one below, I think its a bargain.
