500 ping in cs go on Rain network

Usually used a Vpn to solve this ping issue due to Rains strict NAT.

Now that my Vpn is being throttled impossible to play any cs go.

Is there anyone that may know of a different solution?

Edit: Not saying for everyone, but I do have this issue. My cs go ping has been over 500 on Rain since they updated their network end of last year, just looking for a solution besides using a Vpn.
You telling me yours isn't 500 doesn't really help but thanks for the feedback.

You say that like it's normal getting 500ms on RAIN. I've always had a 2 digit ping locally in CSGO (or any other game for that matter). In fact after I saw this post I went in just to check if something new has changed. Nope, ping is fine. R250 package.

Yeah 500ms does not sound normal. Those are satellite latencies.

I get like a 35 ms ping on csgo with 5g, no need to use a vpn, not sure what you mean by strict NAT on pc, that only affects ps4/xbox services
