Perhaps I should have been a little clearer. I'm liaising with them regarding building and hosting the official forum for them.
Therefore, it doesn't require any work from their side so they can continue focusing on providing an excellent service.
 
TOP Tv biggest let down!

Not sure if any of you have tried to get in contact with TOP TV but my experience thus far has been a bad one! I have tried to call their call centre, left messages with promises to get back to me, I left a mail with all the contacts on there and even filled in their app form. I have NOT once heard from them!!!

so far I can only imagine I am not the only one that has experienced this service and as much as I hate to pay a near R600 for a repeat programme and sport on DSTv, I would rather stick with the devil I know and hate!

so far TOP Tv you not getting off on the right foot and should have had systems in place before you wanted to run with the BIG dogs!

Truly shocking and do hope you come right or you be the biggest SA failure!

Clearly the stance of somebody who hasn't been following the news since their launch.
No offense dude but maybe do a little bit of research before perpetuating this kind of ill-advised/under-informed opinion.

I just received the sms from my Installer now, stating my installation will be done on Monday the 17th, and yet i bought my decoder before the 1st May 2010, and spoken to Toptv on the 2nd May, and they called me afterwards asking me what could the problem, seeing that you have registered with us. Which of these could be the problem with you?

1) Could it be that you havent done the Installation,
2) Could it be that your installation is done and services not activated
3) Could it be payments related matter,

obviuosly it was the installation, and i told him, that the installation that wee sent to me, none of them were from Pietermaritzburg, therefore had looked around and found one in my city.

Therefore im not seeing the reason why people moan like B1tches, if TTV is aint for them, Dstv is for them. now having been with MC, all i can say is My HDPVR is now my Platform for Toptv decoder :)

So if I bought my decoder pre-launch, and will have installation done 17 days later, and which im the one should be complaining and im not, then you find idiots who just had set box for a week moaning....

It just doesnt sense, its clearly reveals that, people dont know what they want, when the competition comes, they complain, and while therre was none still they complained :twisted:

Programming on topTV? What movies are they playing? Whats on the Fox channel? Whats on TOP1? When will their farken TV Guide be up?

I want to get it but i dont know what will be on?... Am i the only idiot who doesn't know what they're showing or the only idiot that wants to know before buying the damm thing?
 
Lol, you're the latter. The rest of us jumped ship and hoped for the best.
If you look around, there are a couple of threads pertaining to what's currently airing and also link to the actual channel websites where you can see the guides as well.
