towers went down midday yesterday, only up for a couple of minutes, and when I left at 6am, still couldn't connect....
click on your "product" thingy on that account info page thingy, and see what it says (you should see 3 lines, first one with your name, should say active, then the type of product, should be active?, and then your free mail box, also active)
my product one said inactive last night, not sure if that was the prob?
