5800 AND MISSING ITEMS IN THE BOX

HAS ANYONE RECIEVED THEIR MISSING STYLUS,POUCH AND STAND YET
 
Nokia and Vodacom is aware of it and we have been informed by Nokia that we will be informed once the items are ready. I tried to speak to Nokia support regarding this issue to try and get a ETA for one of my clients but the guy that I spoke to was so rude! The only answer he basically gave me in his abrupt manner was "Nokia is aware of the situation, and it will get here when it gets here"

Luckily my client have been very understanding.
 
The new 5800s do not come with an extra stylus and pouch...

i have an email from Nokia Careline which states those items will be provided at a later date by Nokia SA

Then that letter also has a number you can call if you want your accessories...
Call that number.

read the response from ocleroux when he called the number , the missing items will be provided by your Service Provider .
 
I've been waiting a while now ... so hopefully it arrives at some stage. The one I'm hassled about is the stylus as it's so small and can easily be misplaced. I wouldn't use the pouch anyway.

Nokia comitted themselves , so they will have to honour the pledge made
