Rain5G keep disconnecting for the past month.I have to keep restarting the router for the service to be back but only last 20min then i have to restart again.I have tried all other rain towers around me but same result.I have also reset the router but same problem.I called the rain call center and the agents could not assist as they would asked me to try the basics which i mentioned above and even escalate my for technician to come out and test the router......but im still waiting.
This is so frustration as i am paying for a service thats most of the time none existent and im starting to think that might be with their towers but can only be confirmed as soon as a technician can test the unit,,,,,,,,is there perhaps another way n getting this issue resolved ?
