Doesn't matter though. You ever tried the reporting feature on their site? THEY NEVER RESPOND. For 2 months now I have 1-5 Mbps from around 18:00 to 23:00 when I pay for 60mbit. They ignore you outright. Real pieces of kak hiding behind monitors scratching their balls and koek. Imagine getting paid, doing fokol? I wish I worked at RAIN.

Same here... I was changing over to 4G in the evenings as there was some bandwidth there at least, but since the weekend that's gone to pot as well. Have reported directly to Rain reps here and will see what happens. If its not sorted in 7 days i'm moving elsewhere....
