5G suddenly stopped working.

Hi There,

We switched from 4G to 5G on Thursday, transition went smoothly for the past two days.
Today we woke up without any internet, we still don’t have internet. Logged a ticket a while ago but nothing is happening.
Please help.

Sorry, this is beyond ridiculous for me now and I am being sour as can be !
They have seemingly resolved this matter, I just would like better communication and setting realistic expectations for customers so that we are making informed decisions.
 
Mine has been getting disconnected for half the day. Every single day. I have to cancel as i seem to be paying R1k for service which goes unused. Even right now I’m without service. There’s no load shedding so i have no idea why this is happening.

Good thing is, tomorrow is the last day of the month. I can cancel and they’ll take it as is. No need to sign up for November which I won’t get service for.
