5W LED Park Lights

Does anyone know where to get 5W LED park lights in Cape Town? I went to Autozone and they do not stock the fat twist in type. Only the very small twist in type. Had a look in China town in Sable Square but they didn't have any either.

Violet Electronics has but I would rather buy from a brick and mortar store in Cape Town.
