They may be politically incorrect questions but seen from the point of view of a business they will form part of the employment consideration regardless. The age question is moot in SA anyway, as all you need is an ID number which you're entitled to ask for. As well as the question about how long since you graduated - your proof of qualifications should accompany your cv.
