I have a stand alone, single plate Snappy Chef induction hob and it works so well that I want to replace my gas hob with pure induction. Does anyone have any first hand experience as to which one I should consider? There don't seem to be many options available here in SA - I see they range in price from around 5k to 16k.

Anyone use one of these that can offer advice?

This is the new version of ours had it about 3 years and very happy with it.

Super power efficient and it runs beautifully on our solar set up too.

And if someone says why not stick with gas, a good induction stove IMO is even better. Speed and precision are not matched. It also doesn't have to be used full blast it's low end temp is precise its full control that is difficult to match.
