640/384 speeds ?

I just recently noticed that one of my lines that is supposed to be a 512 line is sitting at 640 ds and 384 us.

That's kinda weird cos afaik telkom does not offer 384 us speeds on any of their products.

im pretty sure that the 384 up speed was offered on the 4mb lines.

also experience that a couple of times.. it happens mostly with 512 lines..

once enquired about that, & was told is driven by their exchange..
& they simply reset the port on their side...was back to 512 instantly..

Oh well i am paying for 512 speeds and i am getting more so i'll leave it at that, why bother.
