64bit Vista driver issue

Good evening all,

I've had Neotel Prime for a month now and alles seems fine save for one issue i.e. intermittent line drops :(

I was forced to downgrade to 32bit as Neotel did not like 64bit :(

Can someone please help in this regard, Neotel Rep - you response eagerly awaited :)

Please elaborate on the problem so that I can attempt to resolve.

It will be difficult trying to fix this one remotely...I had Vista Enterprise edition give me trouble but that was related to policy settings on the machine.

Where are you located? Are you able to visit the Neotel offices in Woodmead with your 64bit version of Vista (on your PC) and your phone?

Well I'm in Durbs, and I've tried fresh installing 64bit @ least 3 times. If you can give me 'to do' instruction I'm sure I can sort it out.

Can u comment on the 'line drops' issue perhaps???
 
I'm running a 64bit Vista Ultimate copy, works fine... I don't know what your on about...

Sure, tell me how it goes. If its your copy, then phone Microsoft up and tell them to gieff you a new one. Or maybe its because your using a laptop, not a desktop PC
 
All sorted :D As suggested by Neotel Rep, dloaded version 1.9 manager and drivers loaded perfectly.
