Just a question, I heard somewhere that a 64k sim allows you to store multiple contact numbers linked to one name (like in most phones' contact lists) i.e. mobile no, house no, work no, e-mail addy etc all linked to a single name entry in contacts. Is this so or not? I am tired of having to update 2 phones contacts. Saving on a 64k sim (if it has this feature) would be great.
Thanks

AFAIK the 64k will only allow you to store MORE contacts. The saving of multiple numbers per contact is entirely up to the phone.

Quite right, the sim crad itself can only store one number per name, or per field. All the multiple fields will be phone based.

I have noticed that when taking a simcard out of a phone that can store multiple numbers per contact and putting it into a phone that can only do one, there are multiple contacts...one for each number. So that is spot on.
