702 Money Show

702 has just recently extended the business show hours from an hour to two hours with its new show titled The Money Show with Bruce Whitfield. The show takes a look at markets and offers insights into market movers and shakers and local and global trends.

This has meant that the very informative shows(A Word On Legal Matters, A Word On Medical Matters, A Word On Personal Finance) hosted by Leigh Bennie have now been cut by an hour. Now I wonder if 702 took the listeners into account when they decided on this, as I am sure that a lot more of the viewers would prefer the shows hosted by Leigh Bennie's over Money Show as these shows are very informative to society.

Personally, i am loving the money show at 19h00. I normally dont get to listen to Bruce earlier, cause i am still at work.

While i enjoy "A Word on..." and think it should still be 2 hours - they could get more to the point on the show. I once waited for 45 minutes on hold to get to discuss a matter.
