72 hrs and Afrihost have still not fixed by problem

72 hrs ago I reported a dns issue to you guys (#ASI-752-83466)

I have spoke to Philemon, Angel and have been emailed by Deepu and Robert and still the issue
has not been fixed.

The reply is that we will call you back in a few hours.You never do !.

Time to cancel a reseller account and a dedicated cloud server.

Any other provider can give me better service, please let me know ?

72 hours is unacceptable for supporting resellers, give me a ping if you dont mind signing an NDA to see our offers :)
 
I have been looking at Hetzner for a while now.Any one has experience with them ?

Still the problem has not been sorted out.I was on the line for close to 30 mins with an operator now and he conveniently
cut the call.

I wonder if MYBB wants to do an article of this poor service.

Hetzner is brilliant btw - Have 3 dedicated servers for the past 6 years, no issues, if there is they fix it at a blink of an eye

Web Africa is probably the ****test for hosting - always have issues with them.
