Looks like SAIX has set their session timeout to 7200 seconds. That is 2 hours. Can anyone else confirm?

I'm in a bad mood this evening and was thinking why doesn't &^%kom simply hook up some massive high voltage to all ADSL enabled lines. Something like 1 mill volts and sort out abuses once and for all?

Are you kidding me? We complained to ICASA that we didn't like the 24 hour reset, so Telkom makes it every 2 hours instead?? What happens if you're downloading a large file from a non-resumable site? You're screwed! Grrrrrr!

You make me laugh. Who would download a large file in todays modern world where travel and postage are so cheap??? You could fly somewhere else to get it or get some one to burn it onto a CD and mail it to you. LOL "download a large file" LOL you really are behind in the times. People like you make me sick! dont you know bandwith is an endangered species and every day there is less and less because of human predation?

I would like to start a filesharing club.

Since I own 3 P O Boxes I could act as a hub, much like the file sharing proggies we had in the old days.

Remeber to clearly mark your CD's & DVD's before mailing them off to me.

Guys, if you have a SAIX authenticated account and have a series of 24 hour sessions for November, will you please PM me. That is: you probably do authentication on your router and for the last couple of days your ADSL sessions only resetted once a day.

SAIX ? or TelkomInternet ? I believe isp's off saix set it to what they want it to be.

Telkom wholesales option 1 (SAIX authenticated / "hard cap") and option2 (ISP authenticated / per GB). I'm looking for more statitics for accounts on option 1.
