7800gt and 3dmark

Can someone tell me what kind of 3dmark03 score I should expect with my XFX 7800gt ?

Its factory overclocked : core 400 -> 450
MEM 1000 -> 1050 (not too sure about this one)

Should be high 6000 to mid 7000.

/Update : make that mid 7000 and up, according to Anandtech

hmmm, there appears to be a ghost in my machine then.

P4 3.0Ghz, 4 X 256MB ddr400 (generic), 1 X 160G S-ATA, 350W AOpen PSU.

I know it probably wont fix anything, but I'm gonna format and start afresh. I went from my 6600gt to the new card without formatting.

My 3dmark05 is 62xx, while 03 is 147xx . Cant remember exactly.

In Fable it averages at 28 - 34 fps on 1280 X 960, all details maximum.

oops, missed that "03" in the original post. Yip, 2005 for the stuff I linked to. FWIW, my SLI setup (6600GT stock) bench at 6191, so I'd expect the single 7800GT to beat that comfortably

u wont be able to run a 7800 on a 350watt psu!!!

the manual recommends a 350W for a GT and a 400w for a GTX, so i think you are exagerating slightly photoman.

if the power supply was the issue I would have seen other symptoms like crashing and rebooting, which I haven't had at all.
