780G Motherboards

I'm looking to build a new HTPC using a 780G motherboard for Blu-Ray playback. Does anybody know where I can find a 780G motherboard for a reasonable price? I have hear good things about the Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H, but can't find it anywhere in the shops.
Any help will be appreciated.
