Anyboby knew if a client can return the goods and cancel the contract within 7 days. I'm used to adsl and at the moment I only managed !.2 - 1.4 mbs with Neotel and it feel sooooo slow. This afternoon I'm erecting a outside antenna and if their is not a significant improvment in the download speed I want to return the system on Monday

most contracts do offer a "cooloff period" of seven days, I would advise that you contact neotel as soon as possible.

With Neotel you are held liable for the outstanding amount on your device. So if its a Prime device then your need to pay for this months usage and R1500 for the device !!!

Thanx, I think the bottomline is that I can get out of the contract. I will decide this afternoon after the antenna is erected.
