I got myself an 8.ta SIM last year and have been using it in my secondary phone ever since.
Recently I received an MMS to the number from a friend who has a Vodacom SIM, and the pic was resized to 3KB, so small you can't make out what's going on in the pic.
I decided to test it from an MTN SIM and yet again the picture was resized.
Next, I sent an MMS to myself and came through as it should, in it's original size.
Is 8.ta resizing MMS's from other network operators in order to minimize the load on their MMS server or in order to benefit them in some way...anyone care to shed some light on this matter?
