I already have 2 x 4GB but it's a bit slow so was looking to upgrade to 2 x 8GB. But seeing it's old and the battery is already dead I wasn't going to pay a fortune as I have my eye on this.

Pro-tip - you can get adapters on wish.com and AliExpress that will allow you to use these on normal desktop boards. I have some for both DDR3 and DDR4.

I've lessened the burden as he preps for his semigration to the Cape. His problem is now mine but I'll eventually make a bit back on my investment.
