High Speed Bluetooth? 10 meter range - not very useful, few storage devices currently in use can go that fast also.

Actually, this will change VR in incredible ways - no more wires. Full freedom of movement in the VR room space.

It will also mean we dont need stupid USB cables between every device in our home/office if they need to be plugged into a power source anyway. e.g printers, routers etc.

It could even be used as as short range "wifi" network between a router and multiple devices (PC, laptop,TV)

I expect that ultra low latency is included in the spec to make real time VR possible.

Hopefully VR goes somewhere, and does not die quietly like Blueray, still Bluetooth on steroids.
