I Am new..howsit!

I heard 8mb trail was in CT! how can I be on the trail?

Move house :D if youre not on the correct exchange, sorry for you. If you are then you would already have it.

Actually I am quite sure I am 3Gb not 4Gb even though the WAN shows 4096. As far as I know this is a software setting on Telkom's side of which I have brought to their attention despite being a stone throw away from the exchange. A friend told me this general speed setting helps keep the lines stable that are further away from the Exchange.
Cannot stomach sitting on Telkom's fault line reporting something they wont acknowledge to, then send a Techie around to do basically nothing.

How would I know if my exchange supports it? must i call telkom?
