8mm conversion in Gauteng

A family member has some old 8mm film that she wants to convert to digital format. The quote so far is R45 / m. That seems really excessive as most films are 130m+. Anyone know of a more affordable reputable company in Gauteng, preferably in Pretoria, that are able to do this at a reasonable price?
