8ta BIS activation 500mb free?

I loaded R60 airtime, and activated the bis service but I only received 200mb data instead of 500mb, did 8ta lower the data for bis? Or did they rob me.

It is pro-rated like any free megs or minutes in the first month.

From next month you will get the full 500mb. So no you were not robbed, it is correct.

I thought BIS was unlimited??? Or is 8ta the only provider which gives you a "cap"?

no - the 500MB from 8ta is for stuff like video streaming (youtube) that isn't covered by BIS.
