8ta Bis so slow

Since yester day and today bis has been crawlig why ? Upington N.c

Thought I am alone, what speeds are u get ting ? I have been downloading a 22mb file for about 30min nw

Between 50kbps and 60kbps doesn't matter what filesize .I'm used to speeds of 300kbps - 200kbps

Have the networks started that speed throttling after a certain cap is reached? There was mention of it earlier this year or late last year.

I don't think its just 8ta, Vodacom BIS has become slower by the day especially over the past week. Having a chat via BBM is almost impossible as it takes anywhere from 1-3 minutes for a BBM message to be delivered. Today it is at it's worst ever, my last two BBM messages have been sitting trying to send now for over 13 minutes. Wonderful !!!

Friday 19 0ct ..Seems like my Bis is back 2 normal descend speeds all day .. Ps. Who do u blame when Bis goes off 8ta /mtn (roaming) or do u blame Rim???
