Apologies in advanced, i tried to search the forum but it just wouldnt find anything.
Problem: I have a new 8ta Hilink usb modem that replaced my former modem. It cannot even detect the usb device but always produces a URL internet page to connect, which it does.
I used to be able to connect to my ps43 via lan cable directly from PC to PS3
The former modem had software, not a URL webpage.
The dns used to be 192.40.53.109
This new modem doesnt give a proper dns. I need the dns to connect to my ps3, since my ps3 cannot find the dns. I tried a static dns and ip but because the new modem generates the same dns i simply cannot connnect, i need help. I just want to connect to my ps3
