When it happens again will glady supply traceroute(hopefully you'll be able to get hold of someone high up to resolve the matter) .

Frustrating had to reconnect 4 times before getting an IP that would work.

Can you guys post a traceroute when it doesn't work please?

I have also noticed it first when connecting to FNB, then realized my email is also not working through 8ta. (Hosted by IS).

It's happened to me a few times as well and it's not just the banks. Random sites just don't work one day. Last one for me was WebAfrica dot co dot za.
