It bugs me every time I open task manager - The word is "Client"
The offending file is located at "Roaming\8ta connect\ouc.exe"

Its not a Typo according to the link below. It's part of the Huawei Software that uses.. Basically a rebranded Huawei Mobile Partner program, just like the other networks.

That's just a site that gives info about files.
Similar to:

None of the sites (Including the one you linked) inform as to whether or not "Clinet" is indeed a typo, or actually spelled correctly (And the only decent Google result for Clinet is some Web Design thing).
Granted, regardless of which is correct, it seems it's a Huawei thing, and not an 8ta thing - Oh well :/

That would simply edit the file name - Not the file description.
I could edit the description using a resource editor, but I'm unsure of the implications it'd have :/
