8ta Promo 5

I've signed up for the 8ta promo 5, which is a 10 GB a month package.

However I've just been capped at 4GB,

I see this in there self service portal

Included Data - 10 GB
GPRS : 19 MB remaining 3945 MB used.

Does anyone know why I am getting only 4 GB.

And what is up with the GPRS

When did you join? I joined on the 10th of the month and only got 8GB for that month, you should get the full 10 next month.

this,

if you join later in a month they will cap you on a lower data limit & charge accordingly for that + the new month's 10gb & any connection fees that they may charge(if any) on the first debit order.

After that you'll pay only your contract amount....

Yup,

After holding on there call centre line for 25 min, the operator confirmed that this was a pro-rata amount, and told me there was no way I could get the rest of my data, he did suggested that I should by one of their top up bundles (R250 per GB).
