8tamail will not register on Microsoft Live site

It's been days now since I've tried to register my 8tamail on the Microsoft live site via the Telkommobile dashboard


1. I have already reset my password twice on advise form the help desk - not working!!
2. Have checked that my internet browser is not blocking the Microsoft live log in site
3. Error I'm presented with "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account"

So WTF is going on? Nothing seems to work, have already tried all smtp setting on earth for Outlook as well..

Considering you already tried to register, and it didn't work out properly, why not get a Gmail account?

All Resolved - Help desk 110% - Thanks Nu Molefe - sorted in 5 minutes flat !!!!!

All Resolved - Help desk 110% - Thanks Nu Molefe - sorted in 5 minutes flat !!!!!
