915 vs. X2

D915 vs. X2 3600+

I'm thinking about getting one of these, they both cost the same
so it's down to performance, or maybe upgradability? After a quick search
it looks like the amd wins hands down.
Is this the better option or are there other things to consider?

The similarly priced 3600+ will beat the 915 in most apps but its a close run thing really and the AMD will run much cooler (and thus quieter). Also, I find the features of the Nvidia chipsets on most AMD motherboards to be quiet nice.
