9900 software problem

Hi

I got my 9900 on monday from cell u city.

It has started freezing and is erratic when on the web. Phoned cell u city they tell me it sounds like a software problem and I need to bring it in to update the software and then they tell me I must pay for it!!!

To my knowledge the phone is still under the 7 day exchange why should I pay for it!!!

Any advice what to do

Any how foned another cell u city branch they tell me I must bring it back and they will send it away to a blackberry agent and will be seen to fixed sometime next week!


I am breathing fire!!!
 
DO NOT PAY FOR IT! take it back to them and demand for a software update or even a refund! - if they dont hellopeter the **** out of them!
 
Thanks sky101 , of the 3 stores I foned , 1 has agreed to do the software update on monday (the 7th and last day to exchange).

So let's see what happens

Its actually disgusting because when u sign they you have 7 days to return.... I suppose its easy to forget that ;)
 
with the new cpa its very easy to get a refund if the goods dont work properly
