John. This is only a mistake. Contact Saun Green and ask him when it will be sorted out.
This means slim is having the same problem as you, and believe me he will not rest till it is sorted
Just make sure that you are actually on the 9gb package. I asked to be switched to 6Gb last month and I'm still on 3gb. I was told by my reseller that WBS requires you to give notice a month in advance.
I contacted TP about a week & a half/ two weeks ago about upgrading my account to a 6GB one.... NO REPLY.... eventually - I phoned them the end of the month - They said one month notice, WBS needs the time for their accounts department to do the changes - HELLOOOO!!!! Looks like it's more than just the shaping that WBS has to worry about.
Can't get hold of Shaun, both phones switched off.
Why is there never anybody competant enough to handle our queries at the helpdesk. I've had enough!!!
Btw I'm definitely on 9Gb pack-verified thru WBS plus thru my bandwith monitor, AND I gave 1 (f.....ing) month's notice. What else do I have to give? My left ball-that was given to ADSL
