Guys I really have to thank you for unilaterally changing my voice mail forward setting to off and informing me of the change. It saved me the trouble of replying to a client's missed call, so I wasn't inconvenienced. Nice one.

Of course you then went that one step further, you made my mailbox unavailable so that I cannot access the message via my phone.

I guess that this is just an extension of that great option you've implemented which makes it impossible to get support to sorting out charges to your free call numbers I was told to use by your support people.

As I said in the title, a big up.

... and I guess they don't even give a stuff. It is a pity you can't do anything about it. Even leaving makes no difference.
