A bit confused (Line conversion to ADSL)

So I got my landline, got it to be converted to ADSL, WA escalates with Telkom, reference number sent to me, but for the lolz I checked ADSL availability on telkoms website for my number, no ports available, I check cape gate area and it says the service is available, I stay 15 mins (walk from my flat to the entrance) from there in a complex/estate. A bit confused as the line is "executing" for conversion on telkoms website. ?????

There is ADSL service available in that area.
Unfortunately the exchange YOUR line is connected to, is full.

Not that confusing.....
