I need a better cooler for my P4 prescott 3.0Ghz...runs at almost 70degrees underload and not even overclocked! Tried clocking to 3.28Ghz and it sits at 55degrees idle!

Naah you need a new chip.

It's always one way of looking at it, Intel/AMD could just ship their CPU's with better coolers, and then "overclock" them and you've got a better product. No need to go developing 45nm cores and complicated things
