My room mate is applying for a work visa in SA and she went today with all the documentation. When she got the counter the lady there told her she needs to get a salary benchmark for her paticular job. She also told her that you can get this at the labour department or a salary benchmarking company.
I know if she goes to the labour department it will take ages. So what is a salary benchmark company and were can you find one?
