And looky here: change a few 0's to 1's in a database and hey freeking presto: new product, and that means the call centre is trained to say: "no we can't help you it's impossible."
 
If VC got out of the stale Telkom environment earlier, maybe the marketing "juices" would've started to flow earlier. Go MTN, make hay whilst the sun is shining.
