A different take on gold farming

ctrl + f on the document and looking for the word "Forced" returned no results. thus making it the peoples CHOICE to farm gold. no1 is holding a gun to their head. yes , its not good. but they are still choosing to do it. ( No i never read the article ... )

Wasn't that the first rogue with both legendary glaives in tbc?
 
I believe it was. aswell as MANY other accounts. especially characters from Endisia / Paragon etc. Once 1 of them sold their account. think it was ages ago. and went for loads then got banned.
 
Maybe I should become a professional gold seller. Seems to be much more fun that actual work although I am sure that will change once I am forced to farm gold to survive.

At something like R1=70g, you'd need to have a very efficient gold farming routine to make it an attractive option...
 
I'm sitting on just over 120k gold at the moment. Some good investments and all the prefosions besides BS helps a bit :)

I finally found my easy way to make gold on my server. the dps lw leg enchants. cost me less than 1k gold to buy the mats for 2, make about 800g profit for taking the portal to twilight highlands to buy the hides, and going back to sw to put it on the AH. just 2 at a time, cos Im not greedy :D
 
It does seem that blizz have made collecting gold a lot easier, certainly for me anyway compared to my totally broke days in vanilla WOW. I would have expected the gold farming to decline on the back of this, instead it just seems to inflate prices in the AH. I regularly see items for north of 50k.
 
I'm looking at getting Vial of the Sands, but it's currently at 43k on the AH. I'm also trying to get the recipe, but that's just painful.

I have about 30k gold on my main, and can get about 1k a day using Alchemy and Herbalism and some farming.
