Ok Jannie, I have been with iBurst for at least 3 years now, I have 2 five gig accounts which is roughly R1200 per month. I can now get two ADSL accounts and one DigiChilli uncapped account for less (on the 256 option). But its uncapped... What carrots do you have to dangle before me to entice me to stay with iBurst? Something has got to give - and shortly it will no longer be my wallet!

best way to get heard by iBurst, will be to take your business elsewhere, and let them know exactly why you are leaving...

wow I would love customers like you - a final call?

Ja, I've had a lot of faith in the "100 days" and "new products" that they have been preaching. But now its really getting to be a sore point. At some time my brand loyalty is going to frey away completely. I don't want a throttle or a cap... iBurst is just not offering enough any more.

+1

Some of us have indicated in the past that we are prepared to pay more for a higher throttled speed. The 256k from DigiChilli looks very enticing. I for one is prepared to pay R500 a month to iBurst for a 256k connection.

Jannie are you guys coming to the party or do we need to start ordering our ADSL lines?

leave them already. How long does it take you guys lol.

Firstly, have you contacted Shaun, and maybe contact iBurst directly instead of on forums. Its depressing seeing all this moaning and whining on forums at the moment, that I dont want to even read it anymore.

Tbh I dont think this is the right way to go about this.

@diego; I never said I was not happy with the service or quality of iBurst, why do you think I have been with iBurst for 3 years? I just feel we should really be getting a little more for our buck these days.

well this new digichilli thing sounds good - perhaps it will be a good idea to wait a few days for reports on speed/etc before signing new ISP contracts or something

sounds like it's 256kb/s Uncapped internet 24/7, no threshold, for R500
(and it supports two concurrent connections downloading at the same time at 256kb/s as well)

Aye, I know and I do agree, but I think we should be a little bit more patient. I know for a fact they are very busy in iBurst at the moment, so I think we should wait and see what the end of the year brings. :)

Hence my last call ... i'm not off in a huff yet! I'll wait for some sort of responce, for a while. Not too long tho - those pastures are starting to look mighty green!

Somebody forcing you to read this? Tbh if you have something better to do, do it.

@Diegoa

I don't recall when you were complaining about latency problems a few months ago that anyone tried to discourage you from presenting too much negativity on the forums.

and STILL no response from either Jannie or Shaun

I use iBurst at the office & have been very happy with it the last :erm: 2 months after installing a flat panel antenna 2 modems & a dual wan router.

+100000000000000000000 If I wasn't stuck in a contract I would be gone already, 2 words: Rip Off!
