I want to get into drumming and looking for a good kit that is decent quality and also not too expensive. Something that will last :o I found a second hand drum kit made by premier for R3000. Is that good or bad? :p

Not a bad deal at all. Remember, you can always get new skins to improve the sound of the drums. Cymbals are where you're going to want to spend the cash: cheap cymbals are NEVER a good deal. Ever. You can pick up a decent set of 2nd hand Paiste (Pie-stee) for about R2k. Does the R3k include all hardware, and how many pieces is it?

Agree with The Voice. What hardware is included in that R3K? How many pieces is it? Do you have a link or pics for reference?

If the premier kit comes with stock heads (skins) I would highly recommend an upgrade to some Remo's in the near future.
